Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times
Most items ship from our US-based warehouse and typically arrive within 2–6 business days. Select items are imported directly from our overseas suppliers and typically arrive within 10–15 business days. Estimated delivery windows are noted on each product page — please check there for the specific item you're ordering. During busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Order Fulfillment
Some products are fulfilled directly by our third-party suppliers rather than shipped from our own warehouse. This may mean multi-item orders arrive in separate packages, and packaging may not always display The Universal Outlet branding.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers including USPS and other approved couriers. All orders are assigned a valid, verifiable tracking number upon dispatch.

International Orders
We ship internationally to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically longer than domestic estimates. Customs duties or import taxes may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at universaloutletsupport@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly — including a full refund if your order remains unshipped or undelivered beyond 30 days without your consent to a further delay.

Order Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this window as orders may already be in processing.
