Refund Policy

At The Universal Outlet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable. To initiate a return, please contact us at universaloutletsupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item — in those cases we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping. Once you contact us to start a return, we will reply by email with the correct return address for your order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo evidence of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: personal care products, health & wellness items, and earrings/jewellery.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us at universaloutletsupport@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
